Responsibilities/Qualifications

Drees Homes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business System Analyst to join our team and support our CRM, ERP, CPQ, and other company program initiatives.  This role involves working closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain detailed project plans and timelines
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Work with other departments and vendors to integrate Salesforce with other systems, including Oracle JD Edwards and CPQ
  • Support other company program initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience with ERP and CPQ platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with specific Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement
  • Experience with JD Edwards and CPQ from Oracle
  • Knowledge of Oracle & SQL for database management
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
