Responsibilities/Qualifications

Drees Homes is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to work in our Ft. Mitchell, KY headquarters. The Marketing Coordinator will support local and regional marketing activities as well as manage website and other online content.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: make daily updates within the content management system for the corporate website such as writing new content, updating data, setting up new communities and uploading images.
  • Perform ongoing website audits to ensure content is accurate and up to date. Review and act on incoming web audit forms from the operating divisions.
  • Assist regional marketing specialists making monthly updates to web messages and the advertising schedule.
  • Update Pinterest with photos of new model homes
  • Customer Surveys: compile, format and upload submissions to our survey partner
  • Manage presence on online location mapping tools including Apple Maps and Google Business.
  • Midwest region support:
    • Order, assemble and distribute gifts for sales contests and buyers at closing.
    • Manage marketing collateral process including ordering, organizing and distributing orders of brochures and collateral.
    • Order signs and supplies for Midwest model homes.
    • Schedule and prepare materials for model home photoshoots.
  • Marketing department support:
    • Manage employee online store.
    • Assist the marketing department in managing marketing expenses including coding and processing invoices, expense report preparation, vendor set up and researching payments as needed.
    • Support the marketing department as needed by ordering supplies, managing copiers and A/V equipt, occasional reception desk back-up, executive meeting presentation support.
    • Participate in the planning and execution of department events and office activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in home building or real estate
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to write copy, edit and proofread materials for grammar and content.
  • Advanced computer skllls with proficiency in MS Office applications, email systems, photo editing, website management
  • Highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
