Drees Homes, one of the largest privately-owned homebuilders in the nation, is looking for a Benefits Coordinator in our Corporate Office in Fort Mitchell, KY.
In this position, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate administration of benefit plans ensuring appropriate processes and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of group benefits programs, COBRA administration, Workers’ Comp claim reporting and New Hire benefits enrollments. In addition, you will provide reporting and technical support for benefits programs.
