    Responsibilities/Qualifications

    We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for an Administrative Assistant in our Cleveland Division.

     

    In this position, you will perform administrative and clerical duties to assist the Operations Manager in the coordination of the sales, production, construction and customer service processes. 

     

    Some Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain data and perform other tasks within the JD Edwards system
    • Order blueprints and topo's for contract and market homes
    • Responsible for AP data entry, process check requests and priority vouchers
    • Create, audit and distribute customer care orientation binders
    • Prepare various reports for the Operations Manager
    • Audit and update necessary sales programs
    • Answer the Customer Care phone line
    • Schedule appointments for warranty visits with homeowners and customer care representatives
    • Additional administrative tasks to support the Division

    Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:

    • At least 2 years previous administrative/clerical experience
    • Proficient in the use of computer technology including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Experience with JD Edwards a plus
    • Strong data entry skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Proven ability to address tense customer interactions appropriately
    • Detail-minded with excellent organizational and follow up skills
    • Ability to take multi-task and work well under pressure
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Display a friendly, personable and approachable manner
    • High school education required; college degree a plus

    The schedule of this position will be Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, plus additional hours as necessary.
