Are you high energy, a self-motivator, and love exploring data and numbers? Do you like systems and analytics? We are seeking candidates for the position of Land Analyst in our Corporate office, located in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial analysis, budget preparation and ongoing accounting of land development projects. The Land Analyst will also prepare comparative market analysis for new communities and the overall market.

The schedule of this position will be Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, plus additional hours as necessary.
