    Responsibilities/Qualifications

    Drees Homes is seeking friendly, customer focused candidates for a Receptionist position in our WDC Division office located in Manassas, VA.

     

    In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors to the Division Office.

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Answer all incoming calls, route to appropriate department/person
    • Maintain phone listing
    • Manage conference room calendar in Outlook
    • Order office supplies weekly
    • Distribute, sort incoming packages and daily mail
    • Create FedEx packages to corporate, assist with postage
    • Assist with organization of Design Center displays
    • Assist in planning of employee events and meetings
    • Support the office team with miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties as needed

     Requirements include:

    • Previous general office and/or receptionist experience in a professional environment
    • Experience with a multi-line phone
    • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Good computer skills including MS Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Must be organized and detail-minded
    • High school diploma required
