Responsibilities/Qualifications

We are seeking dynamic candidates for SALES MANAGER covering the Indianapolis, IN area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading and motivating the sales team to achieve assigned goals in order to increase sales and profitability for the region.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly supervise sales team through guidance on presentation and maximizing self-generated traffic
  • Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating sales team
  • Act as a liaison between sales force, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within the company guidelines, while focusing on customer satisfaction internally and externally
  • Continuously research competition and conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share
  • Work with upper management as it relates to marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree required; related field, preferred
  • 5+ years experience in new home sales and/or new home sales management required
  • Proven personal sales track record required
