Seeking an enthusiastic and friendly professional for a New Home Sales Representative for our Build-On-Your-Lot operation in Indianapolis, IN. 

 

If you are an energetic, self-motivated, and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, this may be the opportunity for you!  We are considering candidates with previous successful sales experience.  New Home Sales experience, familiarity with New Home Construction and a College degree a real plus.  Must be familiar with the local market and possess basic computer skills.  This position requires weekend hours.  Excellent earning potential plus a comprehensive benefit package including profit sharing & 401(k) plans.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to do contract work and other tasks through the Drees computer sale tool required
  • General Real Estate Experience required
  • Self-Stater, Energetic, Outgoing and Friendly

Some duties will include:

  • Selling the company’s product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas
  • Establishing realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-up
  • Attending or hosting events
  • Displaying a thorough knowledge of the company’s product lines, subdivisions, and relative community facilities

Will work out of Division Office as opposed to model home allowing for more flexibile hours.  Base salary offered during training period.  After that, this position is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Representative.
