Responsibilities/Qualifications

Drees Homes, one of the country’s leading homebuilders is currently hiring for the position of Sales Manager in our growing Cincinnati market. Ideal candidate will have 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success. Experience in new homes sales is not required. This position has opportunity for growth and to progress upward in the Company. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, organized, and decisive, along with demonstration of proven leadership skills and a positive attitude.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Directly supervise sales team through guidance on presentation and maximizing self-generated traffic
  • Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating sales team
  • Act as a liaison between sales force, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within the company guidelines, while focusing on customer satisfaction internally and externally
  • Continuously research competition and conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share
  • Work with upper management as it relates to marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree required; related field, preferred
  • Proven personal sales track record required
  • Sales management experience preferred
